Returns & Exchanges

At Distinct Collectibles our goal is your complete satisfaction. All sales are final with the exception of damaged items which may be returned for a refund or a store credit. However, the damaged item must be returned within 5 days in its original packaging to be accepted back for a refund or a store credit. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

Once the returned item is received, we will exchange it and then ship you out a replacement item. If we are unable to exchange for your selected item, we will then refund your purchase completely.

How to Return an Item

If an item is damaged, contact us by phone and we will issue a Return Order.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
