About My Order

Q: Can I send my order to a P.O. Box Address?

Since all packages will be shipped by UPS we cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address.

Q: How long does it take my order to arrive?

A: Please allow 1 business day for the processing of your order. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped as soon as possible depending upon product availability. Most orders will ship within 3-4 weeks of the order date.

Q: What qualifies as a business day?

A: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U. S. holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: I didn't receive my package on Saturday or Sunday as I expected. Why?

A: Shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Our carrier (UPS) delivers on business days, Monday through Friday (not including holidays), but not on Saturday or Sunday. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Q: Can I cancel or make changes to the items in my order?

A: Since we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel or change orders that are on back-order or pre-order status and haven't been prepared by our warehouse for shipment. If you change your mind about an order and we are unable to cancel it for you, you can either refuse the package upon delivery attempt, or return the package to our warehouse. To cancel either a back-ordered item or pre-ordered item please contact us at or call 844-236-9751. At that time you will be issued a return order number for your records.

A: The Paterno Foundation is a non-profit organization established by the Paterno family to honor the legacy of the late Joe Paterno and his wife, Sue. Q: What is the relationship between Distinct Collectibles and The Paterno Foundation?

A: The founders of Distinct Collectibles are avid supporters of Penn State and Joe Paterno, however, they have no official relationship with either the university or the Paterno family.

Q: Will The Paterno Foundation receive any proceeds from the sale of the Paterno statues?

A: Distinct Collectibles is providing a portion of every Paterno Statue sale to The Paterno Foundation.
